What Warranty Do You Get?
All of the TileTracker, J-Hook and UNIPlug products come with a standard three year warranty from TileTracker directly. All other outlets have a standard 1 year manufacturer warranty. However if you present your purchase receipt to us we will honour the full three year warranty for all manufacturing defects.
If you have a 1.5m wall, can you use all of these end to end and is it easy enough to set up like that?
Yes, you can assemble this kit to provide a single combined length of 1.5 metres and it is easy to do so. The kit comes with four legs, as shown. You can place one near each end of the 1.5 combined structure. This leaves you with two more to join the pieces. On each leg you have a bracket/sleeve with two threaded screws that are adjusted to bite hold of the main beams. You can therefore position the brackets to hold two adjoining beams and tighten the screws accordingly.
Can I buy a 1.5 metre rail on its own to add to what I've got?
Yes you can, just use the threaded clamps and join them together, make sure that the rail is the same profile as you’re existing.
What is the longest one available?
The longest TileTracker length is 1.5M and is included in both the SPEED and ULTIMATE sets. It can also be bought separately on our website.
